Hi, my name’s Sam. I’m just a kid from California who wants to be a professional craft brewer. In eight months I will be attending Siebel Institute of Technology and World Brewing Academy to undertake their International Diploma in Brewing Technology program. I will be documenting my trials and exploits to share with the world (or the chosen few), and hopefully shedding some light on one of the paths that can be taken to become a brewer in todays beer industry. I will be posting more soon, but just wanted to get something out here to kick things off. Up next is my background and my reasons for choosing a career in brewing.
